Awesome set of mitts. Been using them for a month now. Bought them after I saw them getting popular with lots of the top muay thai trainers and gyms. Light weight but rock hard so give a great 'crack' sound when punched. Wouldn't personally use them for elbows but I have seen others do that. The hand compartment isn't too tight but also isn't too loose. Definitely use them more for the boxing side of things but great for muay thai/ mma as well. Super Export Shop provided the cheapest shipping + cost that I could find online and delivered them very promptly. Overall look very nice and function great, thoroughly recommend.
