• Shipping fees are calculated based on volumetric weight, which considers both the size and actual weight of your order.
• Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before payment.
8. Customs Duties & Import Taxes
• Customs fees, import duties, and VAT are NOT included in the product or shipping costs.
• Customers are responsible for paying any applicable import taxes and clearance fees as required by their country.
• If customs duties are unpaid, the package may be returned, delayed, or destroyed by customs. Super Export Shop SXS is not responsible for any additional charges or losses.

9. Shipping Restrictions
• Thailand Orders: Items can only be delivered to persons 18 years or older, with a valid address in Thailand.
• South America Orders: Due to local customs regulations, customers must provide an ID for clearance.
10. Incorrect Shipping Information
• Customers must ensure that the shipping address is correct before placing an order.
• Super Export Shop SXS is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
11. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments
• Once a package has been handed over to the courier, Super Export Shop SXS is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or delayed shipments.
