Refund & Return Policy – Super Export Shop SXS

At Super Export Shop SXS, we are committed to delivering premium Thai quality products worldwide. Please review our return and refund terms carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Request Period

• Customers must request a return within 3 calendar days from the confirmed delivery date.
• Requests submitted after 3 days will not be accepted.
• Delivery date is determined by the official carrier tracking record.

2. Return Authorization Required

• All returns must be approved by us in advance.
• Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
• To request a return, contact: superexportshop@gmail.com with your order number and reason.

3. Return Shipping Responsibility

• The customer is fully responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipment.
• All return shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees are the customer’s responsibility.
• Returns must be shipped back to Thailand.

- If a returned package arrives with unpaid customs fees or taxes, we reserve the right to refuse the shipment.

- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

The package must:
• Be securely packed
• Include order number
• Include customer full name

5. Condition of Returned Items

To qualify for a refund or exchange, items must be:

✔ 100% unused and unworn
✔ In original packaging
✔ With all tags attached
✔ Free from odor, damage, scratches, or signs of use

- Items that show signs of use (training marks, sweat, odor, scratches, wrapping removed improperly) will not be eligible for refund.

6. Refund Processing

• Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
• If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Bank processing times may vary depending on your provider.

We reserve the right to deduct:
• Original shipping fees
• Payment processing fees
• Any damage or missing packaging costs

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If the issue is due to our error:

  1. Contact us within 3 days of delivery.

  2. Provide clear photos and/or unboxing video proof.

  3. We will review and determine the appropriate solution (replacement or refund).

Claims without proper evidence may not be approved.

8. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable:

❌ Customized or personalized products
❌ Special factory orders
❌ Clearance / sale items
❌ Gift cards
❌ Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

9. Refused or Unclaimed Shipments

If a customer refuses delivery or fails to clear customs:

• Shipping fees, return shipping fees, customs charges, and handling fees will be deducted from any refund.
• If total fees exceed the product value, no refund will be issued.
