Refund & Return Policy – Super Export Shop SXS
At Super Export Shop SXS, we prioritize customer satisfaction. If you need to return an item or request a refund, please review our policy carefully.
1. Return & Refund Window
• Customers have 3 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund.
• After 3 days, returns and refunds will no longer be accepted.
2. Return Process & Costs
• Customers are responsible for arranging the return shipment.
• All return shipping costs, including customs duties and fees, must be covered by the customer.
• The return package must be shipped to Thailand (our origin).
• Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and update the customer on the next steps.

4. Conditions for Return & Refund
A refund or exchange will only be processed if the returned item meets these conditions:
✔️ Unworn, 100% unused, and in its original packaging.
✔️ No signs of wear, washing, or damage caused by the customer.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect due to our mistake:
1️⃣ Contact us within 3 days of receiving the item.
2️⃣ Provide proof (photos or videos).
3️⃣ We will review the issue and offer a suitable resolution, such as a replacement or refund.
6. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
❌ Customized items (personalized gear, special orders).
❌ Sale items (clearance or discount promotions).
❌ Gift cards.
