Terms of Service – Super Export Shop
These Terms of Service apply to your use of superexportshop.org (the "Site") and to all purchases made on it. The Site is operated by Muaythai Outlet Co., Ltd., trading as Super Export Shop ("we", "us", "our"), 99/2-3 Rimthang-Rodfai Road, Khlong Toei, Bangkok 10110, Thailand. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Using the Site
You must be at least the age of majority where you live to place an order, or have permission from a parent or guardian. You may not use the Site for any illegal purpose or try to interfere with its security or operation.
2. Products and descriptions
We try to show product details, colors and images as accurately as possible. Colors may look slightly different on different screens. Product availability can change without notice, and we may limit quantities.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency selected on the Site and may change without notice. The price that applies is the price shown at checkout when you place your order. Payments are processed securely through Shopify's checkout. Card details are encrypted and are not stored by us.
4. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, a price was shown in error, or the order appears fraudulent. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund the full amount to your original payment method.
5. Shipping, returns and refunds
Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are covered by our Return & Refund Policy. These policies form part of these terms.
6. Your information
How we collect and use personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual property
The content of the Site, including text, photos and the BLEGEND brand, belongs to us or to the brands we sell and may not be copied without permission. Third-party brand names and logos belong to their owners.
8. Third-party links and tools
The Site may link to other websites or use third-party tools. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those websites.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the Site or our products. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country that cannot be excluded.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on the Site when you place an order applies to that order.
