Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Super Export Shop. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, please review our return and refund policy below.

Return Eligibility

  • Customers have 3 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund.

  • To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us at  superexportshop@gmail.com  within 3 days of delivery.

  2. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions.

  3. Please send the item to:

Overseas Returns & Customs Duties

  • We accept returns from outside Thailand.

  • Please note: customers are responsible for any customs duty fees applied when the return enters Thailand.

  • Contact our Customer Service for guidance before shipping back from overseas.

Damages & Issues

  • Please inspect your order upon reception.

  • Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, so that we can evaluate and correct the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • Special orders, personalized/custom products.

  • Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.

Exchanges

  • The fastest way to exchange an item is to return it first.

  • Once the return is approved, place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds

  • Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.

  • Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
