In short:

• Return requests within 7 days of delivery (date shown on the courier tracking).
• Every return must be approved by email first: superexportshop@gmail.com.
• Items must be unused, unworn, in original packaging with tags.
• Opened hygiene items (mouthguards, hand wraps, groin guards, ankle supports), custom orders, sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
• Damaged, faulty or wrong items: tell us within 7 days with photos and we will replace or refund.
• Import duties and taxes are not included and are paid by the customer on delivery. Refusing a parcel does not cancel the order: shipping, return costs, any fees charged to us and a 15% handling fee are deducted from any refund.
• Refunds go to the original payment method after we inspect the item.
