CUSTOMERS FROM ISRAEL

For shipping to Israel, please note that the standard shipping option is currently disabled. If you'd like to make a purchase, kindly reach out to us (superexportshop@gmail.com) , and we'll provide you with a custom payment link via Wise. Once your order is paid for, we'll promptly arrange for separate shipping. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Shipping:

We offer worldwide shipping, excluding Israel, Ukraine. Customers from mentioned countries are encouraged to visit our shop offline for purchases.

Customs Fees:

As of July 1, 2021, the European Union (EU) will impose VAT on all commercial imports, including goods valued up to €22. Customers from EU countries and the United Kingdom should be aware of these changes and may need to pay VAT and complete a Formal Customs Declaration.

Taxes, duties, and customs clearance fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Buyers are responsible for these charges as we only charge transportation fees. It's essential to research and understand your country's laws, regulations, and restrictions before making a purchase.

Super Export Shop is not liable for products seized or destroyed by customs. We do not provide refunds for lost items due to customs issues.

Processing and Delivery:

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 days (Monday to Saturday). While we strive to fulfill orders promptly, please understand that human factors may cause occasional delays.

Shipping to all destinations worldwide takes approximately 2-4 working days (Monday to Saturday). Orders must be placed before the cut-off time of 12:00 AM (GMT-07:00) Indochina Time (Bangkok) for same-day processing.

We utilize reliable shipping carriers such as ARAMEX and FedEx for deliveries.

Taxes:

Customers are responsible for paying any inbound duties and taxes imposed by local customs authorities.

Change of Address:

Once an order is in transit, we cannot change the delivery address. Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order if you need to update the delivery address.

Multiple Addresses:

We do not offer shipment to multiple addresses for a single order. If you require items to be delivered to different addresses, please place separate orders.

Wrong Address:

If an incorrect address is provided during checkout, resulting in the return of the product to us, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with resending the product.

Delayed Orders:

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur. In such cases, we will promptly notify customers if an order is delayed by more than 4 business days.

Tracking an Order:

Once an order is shipped, customers will receive a tracking number to monitor the delivery status until it reaches its destination.

Parcels Damaged In Transit

If you find that a package is damaged in transit, please reject the package from the courier if possible and contact our customer service. If the package was delivered without your presence, please contact customer service for the next steps. superexportshop@gmail.com
